"In November 2021 Herbal Blends was born. I have a strong passion for herbs and nature and I created these line of teas to make Herbal Tea exciting. My teas are handcrafted, I use only Natural Non-Bleach draw string paper tea bags and there are no artificial colours/flavours. I also have the very popular Herbal Soup bombs to elevate your cooking to the next level using 7 herbs."

"One day, two years ago I just started to paint and I have not stopped. I create intuitive, energy based paintings—often in under 15 minutes. I believe painting should be freeing, effortless, cleansing & fast. There should be no contemplation of perfection nor should there be any fear of failure. I also host 'free fall' art sessions every summer to teach people to 'let go' through art."
